Return & Refund Policy

## Eligibility If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Parts and accessories that have been installed, fitted or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please check vehicle compatibility before ordering and keep the original packaging.

## How to request a return Email refunds@shopforme.in with your Order ID, the item(s) concerned and photos. We'll review your request and reply with next steps.

## Refunds - Approved refunds for online payments are made to the original payment method. - Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are made by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide. - Once we initiate a refund, banks typically take 5–7 business days to credit it.

## Exchanges Where possible we can send a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock.
